Good News!

I have some good news to share with you, the number of homes on the market continues to fall, inventories dropped 27 percent in December 2012 compared to December 2011, according to Movoto Real Estate. The lower inventory is giving a boost to the real estate market in South Florida, and home values have increase.

The chart below indicates the percentage of home values increased per city and the number of houses in the market, as a result we have a low inventory.
