In the following presentation, I have prepared a Market Update for the cities of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay and Homestead. The criteria considered was the last closed sales for the month of October for single family homes, and the number of days on the market until these properties closed. This information was taken from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

While preparing this Market Report, I found it is interesting to see that the average price per Sq. Ft. during this month based on the these closed sales was a follows:

Coconut Grove - $413/Sq. Ft.
Coral Gables - $383/ Sq/ Ft.
Pinecrest - $322/ Sq. Ft.
Palmetto Bay - $179/ Sq. Ft.
Cutler Bay - $117/ Sq. Ft.
Homestead - $97.13 / Sq. Ft.
